During this time, more and more of our clients have been imploring us to offer services that they would eventually go elsewhere to get. Over the past year or so the need for our services has been overwhelming. With this in mind, Milton Chavez, MD, Vanessa Przybyla APN and their awesome new staff have rallied to facilitate this momentum. Meet Our Team
Dr. Milton Chavez
Dr. Chavez is a board-certified family physician with over 30 years of clinical and academic experience. He trained at Rush University, then joined the Rush faculty as a teacher and preceptor for resident physicians. In 2010, Dr. Chavez opened a private practice in Family Medicine, medical aesthetics and surgical dermatology. Dr. Chavez has a special interest and additional training in surgical scar revisions, Ortho biologics, acne and advanced filler technique.
Judith Goykhman, NP
Judith Goykhman is a dedicated health professional specializing in guiding individuals through their weight loss journey using GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide. Judith's comprehensive weight loss program combines medical innovation with personalized support, helping clients achieve sustainable, long-term results. Her empathetic approach ensures every client feels supported and empowered in reaching their health and wellness goals.
